Whatever documents I have, I make public immediately. This is important for the whole country. When I got the registrar and hospital birth certificates from Kenya, I made those public. Leo Donofrio claims that he has information from HI, that Obama’s birth certificate was amended. He should make this information public, he needs to post the document with the statement that it is amended together with the declaration of the person, who obtained this record, testifying under penalty of perjury that it is the true and correct copy of the document . It is too important not to be disclosed. We can include it in the second amended complaint. This is what I got from the Journalist Devvy Kidd.

It appears this Miss Tickley is now a client of Leo’s. As he now represents her (pro bono), he isn’t going to give up the documents as he prepares his litigation.
 
I have done an extensive Internet search and cannot find her real name.

    Orly, my take on the Terrik (Miss Tickly) issue is that she “deduced” that obama had amended his BC. I believe the lawsuit Leo will be filing on her behalf will be to, not obtain what was amended, but to get info on who did the amending and when. Leo explains all this in his blog and it is pretty straightforward.

    Hi Orly,

    Maybe you should try to get ahold of Leo… to discuss things. I figure it can’t hurt. I think all area & info should be included to be successful in finding out the truth… NO MATTER what anyone says, there are too many times obama tried to cover his tracks & too many questions left unanswered. By being the President the citizens of America, especially those serving in the military have the right to know if he is leagally qualified… if it turns out he isn’t then ALL involved in the scandal MUST be prosecuted… NO EXCEPTIONS!!

    As obama himself just said on Sunday interview, NO ONE should be above the law… this also includes anyone in high office, which includes the PRESIDENT!! His words not mine…

    Good luck with your historic court case… lets just pray that Judge David Carter does the right thing & NOT cave in to the powers to be!!

    You three would make such a massive offense against the usurper and his thugs they would not be able to squirm out of it.

    You don’t really need TerriK. You can request the same info from Fukino and you will get the same results. She’s asking everyone to do so.

    Miss Tickly is an alias. She was previously calling herself TerriK which also appears to be an alias. I am willing to be they are both Donafrio.

    You can go to Leo’s site and read the beginnings of this litigation. It is recorded in a comment thread. MissTickly tells the whole world what she is doing.

    I think all Donofrio has is FOIA request documents Miss Tickly sent to Hawaii asking if there was an amended b/c. And Hawaii didn’t respond in the proper manner and he is just seeking confirmation there is an amended birth certificate.

    Leo said that he was going to do a press release. We’ll probably hear a lot more later, so we have to be patient. TerriK has been posting about her correspondence with HI for a while on Leo’s site. I trust Leo and it sounds like this will be a great case.

    There is so much confusion and misinformation regarding the possibility of a letter from Rhodes. It would be tremendously helpful if you would address this issue here on your blog.

    The obots are having a field day with this. I want to correct any misinformation as strongly and as soon as possible.

    Dr. Taitz:

    First kudos to you again. Your response to the MTD is getting rave reviews at Free Republic. Everyone has witnessed your unbelievable tireless and superhuman effort in this battle.

    As for other efforts like Leos in the case against Hawaii, you each have your different sytles and he will not do things the way you do them. There is room for both styles.

    When people criticize you, I believe they don’t understand the truely great emotion and life experiences that drive you, keep you energized far beyond what most of us could ever imagine. Your strength is, in a way ,found in what some might say (and I mean no disrespect) your ‘nutiness”. You have to be “nuts” to go into the lions den, MSNBC and the other dens of the obot stool pigeons to do what you do.

    Leo has recognized the value of the ground that you are breaking. He may not agree with your arguments but what two lawyers have ever agreed!!!!!!!

    I encourage you to respect his methods and manners, just as I encourage everyone else to respect your methods, drive, desire and passion.

    You are assaulting a fortified castle, and it’s going to take time. Alot of smoke and fire but the walls of the castle will not fall easily.

    Keep lobing your “legal” mortar shells at it. Encourage others to do the same. Support each other.

    In time (hopefully sooner than later) those walls will crumble under the assault.

    We need an absolute rule to respect each other in this fight. You’ll be the one with the heaviest load, having received more unfair criticisim than anyone else. You will have to be strong enough to just offer that beautiful smile and keep on keeping on.

    Many, more than you will ever know, are behind you, and behind Leo and behind all those who risk their time and blood assaulting this castle that MUST fall.

    The existence of an “amended certificate” does not equal Hawaiian birth.

    Let us for the sake of a test say that there was no “original long form certification”. A COLB would have been issued, correct? A divorce from Obama would not alter that, correct? The second marriage coupled with a legitimation of birth to Lolo Soetoro would set in place a seal on the COLB and transfer legal parentage to Lolo Soetoro under an amended certificate, correct? The divorce from Lolo Soetoro would only return Ms Dunham to her maiden rights however the son, Barry Soetoro, would not be affected at all yet his amended birth certificate would remain on file. There would exist then three certifications within the realm of state records but in order for Barry to become Barack he would only have to begin using the name. Since he is the only living person with a tangible interest in his birth records he could ask for another amendment returning him to his first father as it would require only his father to adopt him back. Then a COLB based upon an amended document (documentS) would be issued. Correct? That is of course if he ever was adopted back at all and rather simply took the alias of Barack Obama. That might also explain the trouble getting a COLB that showed that information, the original of all amended certificates. Voila! The Obama, Soetoro and back to Obama with a convoluted paper trail which as far as the legal requirements to answer to the existence of any number of amended certs would be satisfied and truthful however without complete clarity. One could read into the statement there must be an “original long form” if there is an “amended form”. Every alteration visa vis adoption, even to an original COLB, would generate an amended form only reproducible with a COLB. Nothing can be gleaned from Okumbos’ statements except there were amendments but to what original, a COLB or a long form?

    is now in hot pursuit of our President-in-name-only.

    Instead of lending assistance to you he is grabbing the spotlight, hoping to claim credit for ending the reign of the Usurper.

    But you are our standard-bearer, he’s not fooling anyone.
