I need your help! Trying to figure out what was written by the Social Security admin

I filed a freedom information request

I got this from the Social Security admin when I asked for SS 5 application to the CT Social Security of the number which was traced to Harrison Bounel, born in 1890. You can see at the bottom written “restricted record. Call the supervisor” You can see something hand written at the bottom. I need help deciphering what is hand written. Multiple licensed investigators found that Barack Obama used a stolen CT Social Security number and bogus IDs. This number was connected to an individual born in 1890, Harrison J. Bounel. He immigrated to US in 1912 from what was then Bessarabia (now Moldova), a part of the Russian empire at a time. In an extremely weird coincidence I came from the same place. This man worked for cash and applied for SSN number in and around 1977, when he was elderly and ill. His death was either not recorded by the SSA or deleted, possibly by the former actuary of SSA Harry Ballantyne. (we saw in the databases Obama’s name linked to the SSN of Lucy Ballantyne, the mother of Harry Ballantyne). From around 1977 Obama has been using this Connecticut SSN xxx-xx-4425 and other bogus IDs. I got a letter from SSA in response to my FOIA. I cannot decipher, what is handwritten there. I forwarded all the info to AG Pam Bondi, Commissioner of SSA and the former Acting Commissioner. I need the help of the public to finally bring this matter to light. We cannot sweep under the rug the fact that for 8 years we had an individual in the position of the President of the United States, who used a stolen Social Security number from a state where he never resided and multiple fabricated IDs.
