I need help. This is obstruction of justice by the court itself. US District court for the District of Columbia is not docketing my motion for reconsideration and 6 Requests for judicial notice of Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number. Please, call the Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. Both Lamberth and the clerk got the pleadings by FedEx in the morning of 04.24.2013 and the pleadings and documents were not docketed for 6 days.

Are you really surprised? Did you expect anything different? Orly, I applaud your efforts, and pray for you nightly, but I feel you are beating a dead horse. America is under God’s judgment. I will still pray, but I no longer have any hope. Some will say I’m negating any positive result by not “praying in faith”. So be it. I still believe prayer does battle evil. The results are up to God.

I found a Wikipedia article on Judge Lambeth. He was appointed by Ronald Regan. Recently, however after the DOJ tried to get a warrant on Rosen (Foxnews), they went to Lambeth and he granted it. He did apologize for not making the warrant public.
Something is going on beneath the surface. Bribery?

Orly, JUST got off the phone with “Mike”, in the Clerks office. HE Explained that YOUR Case is currently in APPEAL, and Judge Lamberth Has NOT made a Decision YET. He read me your case OFF OF THE DOCKET IN FRONT OF HIM… I also got a phone # for a Case Administrator???

Orly, this is a total travesty!
I just called the U. S. District Court and got the Run Around.
I called the Chambers and asked the Clerk why your motions
for reconsideration were not docketed. The clerk said
Oh you probably got this off the internet. We are not
like Congress where you can just call up and get legal information. I asked if the motions were docketed now.
He said he could not tell me and transfered me to the Clerk’s office which handles bankrupsies. This lady right away
told me to Hold, and I have been holding on for six minutes and no one gets back to me.

Orly,is there something you can file to get this judge to be proscuted for his actions?I read a few days ago a judge was sent to prison for corruption,maybe you can make sure this judge will be done the same.
