I agree mostly with the comment, except that, they need to stick to the basics of providing the best education they can. Schools, Colleges and Universities should not be in the business of raising anyones child. It starts at the home. If by the time you are in college you are a thug and corrupt it would be hard to change what you are, unless you have an awakening experience.
