   Dear Orly,

   Though we all dream first and foremost that Trump prevail, what we have now is bigger than Trump: it’s an enormous case of massive violation of integrity of election, the sacrosanct of the Free world!

   It’s terrific what Ms. Sidney Powell is gathering in this case, however she represents Trump in civil case, while the case by its essence is criminal, and unprecedented in scale at that. (You have your own bitter experience how the government dismissed or made a farce of the civil cases you filed against Obama).

   1) While didn’t AG Barr yet gather a grand jury to indict hundreds of election officials opening a criminal case? So far he only commission an investigation to FBI, which is a much weaker action than opening a criminal case. And … FBI is surely an accomplice in it all. (FBI failed to trace the organizers of looting and those who prepared piles of bricks and thousands of Molotov cocktails).

   2) If AG Barr hesitates to gather a grand jury on his own, there is a constitutional option of people grand jury, though ignored by the government bureaucracy (like it was in 2009 with the people grand jury’s indictment of Obama). Can you contact AG Barr whether he would agree to receive and act upon the indictment of the people grand jury if we submit it? If he agrees, it’s easy enough to arrange a virtual or actual meeting of such a jury and to elaborate the presentment/indictment for opening a Federal criminal case against unspecified yet violators of the integrity of the 2020 elections in this nation, which invalidated all outcomes concerning President Trump and other Republican candidates in the ballots.

   If we have an active Federal criminal case of that nature, it will take many months of investigation. The Constitutional deadlines cannot be met, thus the Supreme court will have to rule the November 3 election failed to yield the results so that Amendment XII shell be used for election of the President. (It will be opened issue however what to do about the congressmen and senators elected in the sabotaged election).

   Dear Orly,

   Can you obtain a professional assessment what valid data (if anything) can be extracted from this sabotaged election given the following facts.

   3) Entire data obtained via the sabotaged machines must be discarded and the manual recount should be performed instead. However what to recount?

   4) It makes sense to recount the big sheet ballots which the voters inserted into the machine on their own when they came to the voting station on November 3. However…

   5) What to do with the small format mail-in ballots? All of them were processed by clerks many of which committed fraud: some valid republican ballots were thrown away and lost. Others were fraudulently inserted.

   a) Is it possible to discern valid from invalid and fraudulent mail-in ballots?
   b) Is it acceptable to discard ALL mail-in ballots? (This would be an injustice to the voters which voted this way).

   Summarily, is it possible to get something from this sabotaged mail-in votes not violating the integrity of mail-in voting?

   Is it reasonable to expect the just outcome for President Trump and other Republican candidates in a grossly compromised ballot processing?

   Ah! I have been saying it for the past 12 years. Until one of these scumbags was charged for treason, sedition or under RICO and sent to the electric chair, nothing would happen to them and it would be business as usual in D.C. None of the Atty. Generals have had the integrity and moral values to do what is right for this country and it’s people. Third world countries are sending their leaders to jail for corruption and the Nation who boasts to be a Nation of Laws do nothing. Judges bypass the constitution and make laws as they go and they go unchallenged, demorats sell us to the highest bidder and the dumb asses in this country call it politics. The LSM and Fake News are nothing but a mouthpiece for the demorat party and gets indignant when they are called for it. What it’s really a shame is that we had the right man at the helm to get this ship right and we are allowing it to sink and it may sink for ever! Pedophiles, immorals, criminals and corrupt have taken hold like a cancer and it seems that there is no cure for this one but by refreshing the tree of liberty! The idiots and uneducated will sell the country for a mere promise and want to keep been slaves so they can reap the goods of the hard work of others. They better be ready to sleep in the bed they have made and be ready to answer to God when the time comes!

   6) Then, can President Trump on his own accept and push the criminal indictment elaborated by a people grand Jury (as the Constitution allows), so that a criminal case emerge?

   7) As we see, FBI and DHS [1] are parts of the coup. DHS does not acknowledge that the software was sabotaged. That means that President Trump (and the nation) does not have a prosecutorial agencies at all. Can Trump create by an executive order a special team with the prosecutorial power, something like a committee for investigation of anti-American activity headed by Sen. J. McCarty in his time?

   I watched Barr in an interview saying that he knows that all the attacks on Trump are co-ordinated including the mainstream media to destroy our democracy. Whether he’s planning on doing something about it is questionable. I wonder what the hell is Durham doing? Or is he a repeat of Session and Huber who did nothing?

   When the case and those tones of evidence gathered by Attorney Powell reach the Supreme court: will they consider only the received papers in a closed session in order to elaborate their ruling, or it will be like a conventional court hearing with depositions, witnesses for plaintiff and defendants, and so on?

    If we want to publicly attest to and prove our vote was properly counted, all we need to do is place a written statement to that effect on a separate piece of paper, along with a”Tracking#”
    Place it into a sealed envelope while keeping a copy of the tracking #.

    The outer envelope would have the name, address, & voting district of the enclosed document, with its own tracking #. counter signed by a notary with the notary taking possession and securing delivery to those responsible for opening and counting these documents. While keeping & giving a copy of that “Tracking #” as well.

    This way, we could ensure a more accurate vote tally. And restore some level of public confidence.

    How could anyone object who is sure their candidate won fair and square?
