I heard that you also have a hearing in Indiana on the 26th. Good work!!!

We are elated that you will have two hearings back to back and that you are willing to work on Yom Kippur and not ask for a continuance. I believe the Indiana Judge knows you are Jewish and set the hearing on Yom Kippur on purpose just to bait you into asking for a continuance.

Is religious discrimination a basis for asking the judge to recuse herself?

    You know?… you are winning. Which translates to “We are”. Every step of the way, whether a seeming victory or defeat, you are bringing the ball upfield. I know that if it weren’t for you oBIMA would be ahead noticeably in the polls, what with the Goebbelesque propaganda machine that the media is become.

    Congratulations on Indiana… another victory.
