This is the case where I represent a voter in GA David Farrar and 4 presidential candidates: Democrats Leah Lax, Cody Robert Judy, Republican U.S. Army Veteran Thomas MacLeran and now also syndicated talk show host, candidate from the American Independent Party Dr. Laurie Roth. I asked for extension of time, as I scheduled the deposition of the Director of Health of the state of HI Loretta Fuddy for January 5, 2012 and the hearing before Judge Nishimura is on January 6, so by January 7 I will have more information to submit to judge Malihi for the upcoming trial scheduled for January 16-18.   Subpoena HI from GA

    next time around does that mean all the laws he passed and money spent are void and should be returned? Because the people this time around FOUND OUT THAT HE’s NOT an article II eligible per constitution? you see my drift here ?

    Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that after 3-1/2 years of many court cases, this is the first ever court order signed by a judge ordering production of any “Obama” official records. Of course, there is no birth certificate in HI, or at least no match to the crude forgery posted on the White House web site, so it will be interesting to see how they dodge this.

    I won other cases and 6 figure judgents or settlements. Obama case is hard, going against the sitting president of the United states is extremely hard, nobody was able to win and kick him out of the office yet, but I am moving along inch by inch
