   The House, the Senate, the rigamarole that seems to be necessary to get rid of this creep/traitor, seems very superfluous to me.

   Maybe that is the way it is set-up by our Founding Fathers, maybe not. It would be much simpler to hand him his papers, proof of his crimes, and arresting him on the spot. It would be much quicker to utilize the authority given to the Army Provost Marshall, wherever he is. Not a peep out of him, nor Arpaio.

   Not a peep out of any 4 star general, either.

   Perhaps there truly is a code of ethics/a protocol involved in arresting an impostor/
   alien/muslim-in-chief/criminal/friend- to- our- enemies/usurper/ and non-citizen of the U.S.A.

   Because he is not a legal president, he is not legally, as far as I know, impeachable, but he is qualified for arrest.

   Because he is not a citizen, he is not a true “traitor,” but rather a spy/infiltrator committing high crimes against another country, other than his own, Kenya.

   That is my understanding of the legality of all this mess.

   If the above is correct, then he can be handcuffed and hauled to jail to await trial today.

   Why the preliminaries when the facts are facts?

   Maybe I am in error in my assessment.
   I’ve been wrong a time or two before. lol

   According to the dictionary, treason is attempting to overthrow a government to which one owes allegiance.

   In committing treason, one then becomes a traitor.

   That pinpoints Obama’s non-loyalty and the correct label for him, as an illegal ‘alien.’
   He is an non-citizen, therefore, the only
   way to describe him is:

   a trojan horse, a spy, and an enemy of the United States, as such aiding and abetting the asundry enemies of this country.

   So……. he need not be removed through a GOP vote or the House or the Senate.

   He can be arrested just as any common criminal would be arrested, on charges of attempting, and in some instances, succeeding, to undermine this nation.

   That is my observation; let the games begin.

   It is pathetic that the federal judges are so afraid to make a historic but honest ruling on any of your cases. I bet they sleep under the bed at night. They certainly are not of the same mettle that real American patriots of the past were made. Their inaction, delays, improper decisions, and on and on not only gives the judicial process a failing grade but it causes Americans to see for themselves that justice does not always exist and can apparently often be bought either financially or by blackmail. How sad for honest Americans. How sad for the United States of America.

   The only thing the gop has overwhelmingly proven itself to have is an abundance of yellow down their backs, and most probably personal coffers full of bribes and extorted tax monies.

   Nobody is going to impeach ‘the first black president.’

   Nobody.

   One charge of RACISM and the GOP wimps will hide under their desks begging forgiveness.

   Well, only a part of him is black, so maybe the white genetics will trump over the black genetics.

   Seriously, this last caper of his was really the straw that the GOP camels felt broke their wimpy backs.

   Americans are in an uproar about this evidence of dementia, even more so than Benghazi and Obamacare.

   The only way the lunatic can escape this crime is by actually being the biblical ‘man of lawlessness.’ (he is right up there in the lead for that title).
   As we all know, that personage will be wreaking world-wide havoc for at least 7 years total, and it gets worse during the last 3 1/2.
