Hon. Jerry Nolte, Representative from District 33, Greetings,

I was glad to have another chance to natter at you today at Pachyderms. Thanks for the references to the Honorables Brian Nieves and Tim Jones. I plan to contact them as the still small voice of conscience.

Lives there a legislator seriously interested in upholding the constitutions he is sworn to uphold, and the rule of law in general? I hope so, forlornly and with increasing despair.

Attached is yet another copy of the email and memorandum sent to you by post and email on 2 December 2010. I have added copies of some related correspondence, in part as kind of a brief preview and executive summary of the long memorandum. Again, the memorandum is as good a presentation as you are likely to find based on public sources (and my world-wide experience of nearly three quarters of a century). Moreover, you just might find it interesting, informative, and a road map for future factual and legal analysis.

As the letter to Rep. Berman of Texas emphasizes, you need the FACTS to determine what if any legislation is needed, and what provisions it should have.

I repeat that Secretary of State Carnahan of Missouri accepted a certificate of Barry’s nomination in 2008 without the customary certification of eligibility, which might make her liable to impeachment for dereliction of duty.

In the name of all that’s holy, can we not show a capacity for self-government? Can’t your legislature form an investigative committee with subpoena power to get the facts regarding Barry’s status at birth and his current citizenship status? Can’t the legislature proceed at a pace faster than its usual glacial alacrity to a resolution or resolutions addressed to its attorney general, the legislatures and attorneys general of all other states and the Congress and Attorney General of the United States beseeching them to launch official investigations to confirm Barry’s status at birth and determine whether he lost citizenship after birth?

Doesn’t anybody in authority realize what’s at stake? Have they no perception or comprehension? Do they all view the world through their navels? Are they too busy getting elected and dealing with mundane matters to consider the very real possibilities that the pretender to the Office of President is an illegal alien who falsely claims to be black?

Why can’t we get the lead out?

Jerry Nolte’s not a Congressman – he’s a Representative in the Missouri STATE legislature.
