From MinnesotaPost.com. Thank you for naming me a hero of Tea Party movement- it is a great honor, even though leftist papers dislike this movement, American citizens value it

And even though it’s famously a place of strange bedfellows, most political bedfellows are entirely unsurprising. There’s a photo of Michele Bachmann and “birther” acutiator Orly Taitz making the rounds now (here it is on Minnesota Independent). Taitz, of course, is most famous for her slew of lawsuits intended to prove that Barack Obama was not born in the United States. While Bachmann has never actively proposed that Obama was born in Kenya, she’s been pretty circumspect about denying it as well (here’s a transcript from an interview she did with Larry King where she repeatedly dodges the question). Both Bachmann and Taitz are heroes of a sort in the Tea Party; it’s not so much surprising to see them in a photo together as it is surprising that there aren’t many photos exactly like this one.
