I Orly,
It has been forever! I remember SO many great conversations and interviews with you. I miss your face. You are the real deal…a patriot, gifted talent in Dentistry, law, politics as Mom…on and on. Thank you Orly for leading and standing for SO much that protects freedom and truth. You are God’s light…keep standing tall.
I am a big Trump supporter from the very beginning and believe he is the outside the box answer to millions of prayers. He has the in your face guts and independent spirit to bring our country back!!!
You have been in the same boat forever…trying to raise support and keep going without going bonkers from the many directions of stress and attacks. You are so gutsy AND you continue…awesome.
Thanks for the forward on Trump. I am really praying he goes all the way through and smashes Hillary or whatever other nightmare the DEMS throw at us.
Love and hope,
Laurie

The Justiciability of Eligibility
Conclusion
The current federal lawsuits challenging the presidential candidates’ eli-gibility to serve as president are not justiciable, and it is questionable whether any justiciable case could be brought in federal court as an initial matter. Fortunately, there are alternative means to adjudicate this matter that are consistent with the U.S. Constitution. The most promising is a pre-election the ballot. In the event that a renegade state court rejects a candidate who is, in fact, eligible or that two or more state courts reach conflicting conclusions on a candidate’s eligibility, U.S. Supreme Court review should be available as a backstop. This avenue seems less fraught with peril than congressional resolution of the matter, given Congress’ dubious legal au-thority to not count electoral votes of a candidate it believes ineligible.
Those who seek to challenge a presidential candidate’s eligibility would thus be well-advised to dust off their state election codes and “head to state court”.
