Sheriff Arpaio and Cold Case Possee,
At the ‘Dr Orly Taitz Esquire’ internet website was presented a response by Mark Galperin, to my submittal to you below, the Cold Case Possee. Since Attorney Taitz posted this response on her website, I conclude she approves it as legally accurate and correct.
Mark Galperin states: “The question is not will Sheriff Arpaio and the Cold Case Possee be submitting a Criminal Complaint…… , but “Why haven’t Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the Cold Case Possee submitted a ‘Criminal Complaint to the DC and AG, already. Isn’t it their Constitutional duty?”
I am not an Attorney and certainly no Expert at Law, but I must offer to you Sheriff Arpaio and the Cold Case Posee that all truly caring US Citizens expect and dermand that “Existing US Law” be always recognized, attended to, and equally applied to all US Citizens, no matter what the circumstances, what the position.
Law is Law. Apply it.
Attorney Orly Taitz has honestly, openly, and in supportive way submitted to You and the Cold Case Possee, the totality of her individual investigative efforts regarding the Lieing and Deceiving actions of Barack Obama, as per subject matters; ‘Natural Born Citizen/Birth Certificate’, which you have focused upon, but as well she sent her research documentation in regard to ‘Barack Obama Social Security Fraud’ and ‘Barack Obama Selective Service Fraud’ , etc. which you have not even addressed, to date. All of her research efforts again, I remind you, she has submitted to You, to assist You and the Cold Case Possee investigation efforts.
So now, I ask as an Arizona Citizen, that you consider that all parties described above wish to Apply Existing US Law in regard to the Lieing and Deceiving Actions of Barack Obama. I offer that the all of you, work together with common goal to remove Barack Obama from his illegitimately attained office.
Barack Obama is a Liar and Deceiver and should never be elevated above this. His quest for election to be US President in 2008, is based on, extends from Lies and Deception about himself as he would mislead and influence US Citizen Voters to vote for him.
