Dear Speaker Benge,
I am currently trying to follow up on a story from an OU professor concerning a missionary telling how Obama’s mother (Stanley Ann Dunham Obama) was denied boarding on a flight from Kenya to Hawaii due to her advanced pregnancy and imminent delivery. She WAS permitted to fly on 8 August 1961. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. (aka Barry Soetoro) was born 4 August 1961.
Now that you have had the time to adequately study the dossier provided by Dr. Taitz I trust that you will join in the efforts to expose and remove this fraud from the White House. After all, every county in the State of Oklahoma voted for John McCain and the residents of those same counties in Oklahoma are being denied their rightful and legitimate President! Failure to quickly and legally remove Mr. Obama from the position he has fraudulently usurped will only prove that he is right and that our Constitutions (BOTH State AND Federal) no longer have any meaning and are not worth the paper or parchment they are printed on!
I look forward to learning your views, sir.

That is a shocker, Richard. I pray that America with the help of Dr. Orly can prove that this information is true!!! However, the Obamathug Machine is on this right now, no doubt. IMO Barry is working like his pants are on fire because he fears his days might be numbered. Dr. Orly will find the truth and prove it soon. God Save America.

Please contact House members to support this bill Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971. H.R. 1503 would “require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of president to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.”

When it comes to eligibility between Obama and McCain it works out to Obama 0 (OK maybe 1), McCain 2 out of 3. Neither can qualify under the Constitutional test for the Office of President. Senate resolution or not the only thing ‘natural’ about McCain’s birth may be that he was delivered ‘naturally’!

The Constitution is very plain when it set the qualification under Article II, Sec. 1, Clause 5:
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
This qualification has stood time test of time for 200 + years to mean ‘born on US Soil of US citizen parents’, just because it has to date NOT been challenged and a ruling handed down by the SCOUS dose not change the qualification! BSing your way into office and then demanding a ruling in your favor is just more BS. It only goes to show the pitiful state OUR political system has become.

“…She WAS permitted to fly on 8 August 1961.” Wow! This is ground shaking, powerful stuff! Do you have any documentation that Stanley Ann Dunham Obama actually bourded a flight in Kenya on 8 Aug ’61? Any plane tickets, passager manifests, anything at all to place her in Kenya on 8 Aug ’61?
If you do, WOW! That is the kind of “smoking gun” we need!

Although it is important to factor in that airlines didn’t have restrictions on pregnant passengers at that time. So something may be amiss to this report. They would still let you smoke too in 1961.

I had heard this story on Plains Radio months ago but didn’t know that it appeared as a news story in our media. I personally believe that that is what happened.
I do recall reading it on African Press International either before or after the election, but certainly while there was still time to stop the inauguration if he proved not natural born. However, API has discredited itself by failing to provide supporting evidence for any of its claims about Obama.
Where and on what date did this news story appear in the U.S.?

Thanks George B for pointing out that neither McCain nor Obama are natural born Citizens.
The following three conditions define a natural born Citizen:
1. Born on US soil,
2. Born to a mother of US citizenship current at time of birth,
3. Born to a father of US citizenship current at time of birth.
If you are born on US soil and only one of your parents was a US citizen the best you can claim in that you are native born. A native born citizen has naturally split allegiances to the land of the father and to the land of the mother. A Commander in Chief with split allegiances poses an unnecessary danger to national security.
If you are born out of the country, say in Kenya for example, and your mother was not of legal age, say only 17 for example, then you have zero claim to US citizenship.
If you are born of two US citizen parents but on foreign soil under the jurisdiction of a foreign government, say Panama for example, you have a strong claim to US citizenship but your natural homeland is that where you were born. Again allegiances are split in this case.
While I personally trust John McCain generally more than Obama, neither are natural born Citizens and neither were eligible presidential candidates. If it turns out that Obama was born in Kenya and failed to become a naturalized US citizen after immigrating here from Indonesia where he resided as a citizen for several years then he was never eligible to hold any federal office.
The proof that Barack Obama Jr. is not a natural born Citizen of the USA is self evident and freely admitted by Obama himself. He claims that he is native born. Native born citizens have split allegiances and are ineligible to Commander in Chief of all US military forces. Moreover, his claim of being native born may even be a fraudulent claim and. even moot because he renounced his birth citizenship to become a citizen of Indonesia.

Just because a bank robber gets away with it (for how ever long) doesn’t mean the laws against bank robbery are null, void, not worth the paper they are written on, ect..
A law broken is not a law abandoned or temporarily suspended.
