Fogbow member Mitzi Torri, who issued writted threats against me, is still employed as an appeals officer with IRS. I wonder in how many unsuccessful appeals of conservative, pro-life, tea-party organizations was this attorney involved with? Is she in any way connected to theft on my identity and those fraudulent tax returns filed in my name and with my Social Security number?

    I need more discovery, I hope that Judge Wingate will deny motions to dismiss and I will be able to conduct discovery in my RICO case and get more evidence before turning more John Does and Jane does into named defendants
    This is criminal that after threats, that were documented and reported to IRS, this woman is still allowed to work as an appeals attorney for IRS, it shows the level of criminality and corruption of this ruling regime
