Obama’s missing executive order; Federal Registry confirms no order

What amnesty executive order? As of today, December 5, 2014, no such order — signed by Barack Obama in November, 2014 — exists in the Federal Registry — The Daily Journal of the United States Government.

Although Barack Obama officially announced to citizens of the United States of America in a prime-time speech from the White House on November 20, 2014, that he was taking executive action to stop deportations of illegal immigrants, altering the DACA and granting work permits for millions of aliens, no executive order exists at this time.

But . . . did he really plan to sign any ‘executive order’ on immigration?

Attorney OrlyTaitz was first to point out that no ‘amnesty executive order’ existed, stating on November 22, only two days after Obama’s November 20th speech, that she believed “Obama was avoiding prosecution” by not actually signing an executive order. She stated that research illustrated that no executive order signed by Barack Obama had been filed in the Federal Registry of the United States Government and could not be found anywhere.

Taitz has the actual list of executive orders — ‘Presidential Documents’ – in the Federal Registry from November 21 to November 22, 2014, posted on her website.

On November 25, 2014, Taitz added a motion to her Texas federal immigration case in Brownsville, Texas, Taitz vs. Johnson, regarding Obama’s recent executive order on immigration, seeking an order by the court “instructing President Obama to produce the exact order for examination for its existence and its legitimacy.”

Attorney Taitz’ motion, Judge to rule on petition ordering Obama to produce the executive order on immigration to shield from deportation 5 million illegals, which cannot be found, and the court to rule on constitutionality of the order, states that “the office of the President is exempt from FOIA requests and, as such, a court order is required to receive the actual order from the President, if it exists.”

A decision is expected soon for the case, Taitz vs. Johnson, a case seeking to stop the trafficking of illegal aliens, the spread of crime, terror, poverty and infectious diseases. The lawsuit now includes Taitz’request for Obama’s November 21, 2014, executive order altering Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and granting work permits to five million illegal aliens, which Obama jetted over 2000 miles to Las Vegas to sign.

A December 3, 2014, article from WND provides additional information about Obama’s ‘missing’ executive order, Amnesty Shocker! The Secret Behind Obama’s ‘Order’ – President accused of ‘sleight of hand’ to protect self from impeachment. The article by Dr. Jerome Corsi suggests that Obama may have placed Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Jeh Johnson, in a position to be impeached in case Republicans decide to proceed with the idea. Corsi says that a memorandum referring to immigration changes was signed by Secretary Jeh Johnson and was filed on November 26, 2014, in the Federal Registry; however, the action, along with possible misappropriation of funds, is being questioned by numerous legal experts.

Dr. Corsi called Obama’s trip “Show time in Vegas,” referring to the prime-time news conference at the White House which indicated that Obama would travel to Las Vegas to sign an amnesty executive order, but instead signed two orders which had nothing to do with it.

A December 4, 2014, article published by Dr. Jerome Corsi, Head Fake! Obama Never Signed Executive Order, states that the National Archives and Records Administration has just confirmed that “no such executive order was signed or filed” He adds, “the only Obama administration document relevant to the plan Obama announced Nov. 20 is a DHS memorandum signed by Johnson titled, “Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion with Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as Children with Respect to Certain Individuals Who Are the Parents of U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.”

Corsi details how the nation was led to believe that Obama was signing an ‘executive order,’ beginning with the November 20 prime-time news report at the White House and including press releases in Las Vegas on November 21. A “travel pool report” issued just as Air Force One had landed in Las Vegas provided a ‘fact sheet’ from the White House press office stating, “Today aboard Air Force One the president signed two Presidential Memoranda associated with his executive actions.” No ‘pool reporters’ were permitted to be present.

Seventeen states filed a lawsuit on December 3rd challenging Obama’s amnesty executive action which changes the DACA law, See the 17 States That Filed a Lawsuit Challenging O’s Executive Amnesty. The lawsuit states that Obama’s actions violate the president’s duty under the constitution to “Take Care that the laws be faithfully executed.”

The nation can only wonder if Obama’s trip across the country on November 21 was merely a weekend golf trip to sunny Las Vegas, leaving others in the “East” shoveling the freezing snow.

Amazing!

Americans across the country continue to talk about Obama’s recent amnesty executive order, but what order are they talking about?

If this is important to Obama’s backers-then they can buy judges just like they did in the over 65 lawsuits against Obamas ineligibility to be president-but this may only be a diversion or a sign that the rich powers who installed Obama may not keep buying judges & politicians forever-

Hope the Judge gives The United States of America a great Christmas present. A stay against Obama’s illegal and treasonous open border policy. And a Happy New Year by forwarding all the evidence to a Federal Grand Jury. While l am at it I might as well go all out and hope California will elect Orly the next Secretary of State for insurance against the border ever be opened again.
