    I think that Judge Land is the worst judge ever. He deserves to be thrown off the bench. He sure doesn’t care about the constitution or the real rule of law. How can he accept a forged computer generated document of a COLB from BO as a real BC and call this law suit frivolous? BO has to go. I hope that you have way more better luck in the CA law suit and get the necessary real documents from BO to prove his ineligibility once and for all. Obviously, Land is in the tank for BO and would believe any of his lies and rhetoric and believe his forged documents.

    Has anyone checked with anyone in Soetoro’s family who might know something? What do Indonesian govt. records have to say? Isn’t BO’s SS# fraudulent? Does he have a driver’s license?

    Everyone call your secretary of state and ask one question: Why did Speaker Pelosi place Barack Obama’s name on the Democratic ballot when she knew he was not qualified for the Presidency because he was not a natural born citizen?

    Judge land is a communist ass clown for the impostor and a disgrace to the legal profession and the Constitution. My brother is a retired Judge and appalled with the criminal behavior of the “devils in robes” that are nothing but yes men for the illegal alien criminal in the Oval Office.

    Land should be forcibly removed from the bench and imprisoned for treason for his his breach of the oath of office. The only thing frivolous regarding this case is that Land has the temerity to make believe he’s a judge! Joke yes, judge, no!
