    If it was a club for Jewish students, could they exclude non-Jews?

    no, no club has a right to discriminate. If people, who are not Jewish, want to celebrate Jewish holidays, learn Hebrew and Jewish traditions, the should have the right to do so. The parents of White students should sue the school and the district and should seek an injunctive relief and monetary damages
