    The issue is not who appointed Thomas but the conflict arising from.his wife’s pro-Trump advocacy

    Am I wrong in thinking that the reason Federal judges are selected and confirmed for life tenure is so that there would not be Clinton, Obama, Bush, or Trump judges?

    In my opinion, since that’s no longer the case, they should then be elected by the people for about 10 years. That would help to get some of the bad ones out.
