Can someone forward to me pictures of this individuals, who hides behind the pseudinim “Foggy”. He is engaged in obstruction of justice and I need to report him

I had a run in with Foggy on the “Resist or Perish” website (page 5 he posted pictures of himself and his kids). I never debated him, I just talked about him and called him Froggy. He claims to defeat birthers for fun. As the ultimate birther, he should look forward to bringing you down. The fact that he banned you from his site proves to me that he knows he cannot outwit you. This is an exchange I would give money to witness. I have no doubt he is an Obamabot. I don’t believe that he was a patient of yours, instead I believe that it is a veiled threat that he could come that close to you without you knowing who he is. Maybe I should report him to Walmart as a suspicious character

    The Fogbow is registered with GoDaddy.com. You can file a subpoena to GoDaddy.com to reveal the identity of the owner of thefogbow.com or file a case against them. GoDaddy will not protect those who give them problems.

    I would not be so sure that foggy is his pseudonym. Most people have nick names throughout their lives. I don’t know if this could be him, but doing a Google search allows you to also search for images. This could be him.

    You might also use Google to search for images and find family photo albums. With a nick name like foggy, it would probably be easy to find him and if he was patient, then you could identify him.

    Dr. Taitz,

    Is it possible that you already have a picture of this foggy character? I find it odd that this article on the examiner that smears your good name as a racist appeared right after the one from Anthony Martin. Could the writer of that article be the one and the same foggy? Sure seems like an odd coincidence.

    While Chito’s suggestion is on the right track, I see one problem with it. GoDaddy is merely the registrar and that information is in with that of politijab. So, while you may be able to get the information, it will most likely be a dead end and only lead you to the person behind politijab. It seems that website has moved away from covering us constitutionalists.

    The dns record is what you need and that belongs to hostgator. What I see as a HUGE problem is that a website through them can be setup with bogus information. These people are being funded by Soros and he is most likely behind both of these websites. Do you think you have the money to fight Soros? Filing a lawsuit against him with his legion of lawyers could keep you in court for years.

    There has to be a simpler solution…

    Sorry Chito, but you cannot subpoena an ISP until you have filed a lawsuit that 1) states a cause of action, with real damages, and 2) identifies a defendant.

    It is possible that Dr. Taitz understands this by now: if you have no case, you will never get discovery.
