    SCOTUS has already said that partisan gerrymanders are OK.

    Cal Becker. Their state laws were violated. Please read the decisions by the courts before making uninformed comments! As a good demorat libturd you are letting your feelings influence your coconut!

    It will go to the State Supreme Court, which will overturn the decision. SCOTUS will not intervene because of their other earlier decision not to interpret state election laws

    State supreme court might uphold the decision of the circuit judge. The voters were not given the required 90 days and the proposition was vague and misleading. VA redistricting might fail and Fl will pass. Also LA v Calais is about to come down in SCOTUS which will give the GOP 19 more seats in the House
