REQUEST FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF DAVID ARONBERG, STATE PROSECUTOR FOR PALM BEACH  COUNTY, FOR ABUSE OF PROCESS AND FILING A POLITICALLY MOTIVATED BOGUS COMPLAINT FOR BATTERY AGAINST CORI LEWANDOWSKI, CAMPAIGN MANAGER FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, DONALD TRUMP

On 03.29.2016 State Prosecutor for Palm Beach County, Dave Aronberg, filed a criminal complaint for battery against Cori Lewandowski, campaign manager for the presidential candidate, Donald Trump.

The complaint stems from an incident, when after a press conference by Trump in Jupiter, Florida area, a pesky gadfly reporter, Michele Fields, continued pursuing Trump and repeatedly grabbing his arm to get his attention. She got in the space between Trump and his Secret Service detail and was repeatedly told by the Secret Service agents to move away and stop this behavior. (Exhibit 1) Trump was prevented from moving freely due to actions by Fields, which can be seen as assault, battery and false imprisonment on the part of Michelle Fields by itself.  Trump was followed by his campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, who simply blocked   Fields from further grabbing Trump’s arm and from impeding Trump’s movement.

Fields filed a complaint, falsely claiming that Lewandowski pushed her to the ground. Police received a video of the event, which showed that Lewandoski barely brushed by Fields and clearly there was no battery.

Upon viewing the tape, Judge Andrew Napolitano wrote an opinion that there is no criminal behavior on part of Lewandowski.

Judge Napolitano argued that Michelle Fields is “out of her tree” if she thinks the battery charges will stick against Corey Lewandowski.

“I know Michelle Fields. I know her well. And I like her. I know Donald Trump. I have a financial relationship with him. I’m not a Trump spokesperson or apologist. I don’t know Corey Lewandowski. I read the complaint. I read her version of events. I read his version of events. I’ve watched the tapes until I’m blue in the face. There’s no criminal behavior here and this should be dismissed. This is not a case for the police and prosecutors. If Michelle Fields feels that she was harmed by something that he did then she should sue him civilly. But to involve police and prosecutorial authorities in what was in effectively the morally equivalent of being jostled in a New York City subway, it’s absurd, and most judges would dismiss this without even requiring him to appear… ”

At issue here is the abuse of process by the state prosecutor, Dave Aronberg, who decided to file criminal charges for battery against someone who merely blocked a reporter from pestering the presidential candidate and from preventing the presidential candidate from moving freely. Aronberg is a big supporter of Hillary Clinton and known to be within her inner circle. (see Exhibit 2, links to articles below.) It appears that the only reasonable explanation for Aronberg to file criminal charges against Lewandowski, is a politically motivated abuse of power, an intent by a zealous Democrat to demoralize the campaign manager for the leading Republican presidential candidate. As such, criminal investigation of Aronberg for abuse of power and abuse of power under the color of authority is warranted.

Furthermore, it is warranted to investigate whether Aronberg received any financial compensation or promise of compensation for filing a politically motivated bogus criminal charges, whether in and around the time of him filing aforementioned charges Aronberg was in contact with Clinton campaign, Clinton supporters and donors, whether there were any financial transaction between Clinton campaign and Aronberg or his wife, Lynn Lewis-Aronberg.

Attorney General of Florida, Ms. Pam Bondi, is hereby requested to investigate this matter expeditiously due to the ongoing presidential campaign and due to Mr. Lewandowski’s inability to concentrate and dedicate himself to the campaign due to bogus, politically motivated charges.

    “Some media outlets have reported that this office has brought charges against Corey Lewandowski, campaign manager for Donald Trump. These reports are false. Our office has taken no action against Mr. Lewandowski. The matter was investigated and charged by the Jupiter Police Department, not this office. We will await the file from the Jupiter Police Department and make a decision on how to proceed in this matter before Mr. Lewandowski’s May 4th arraignment.”

    “Law enforcement charges on a probable cause standard. The State has to proceed on a legally higher standard of proof, which is beyond a reasonable doubt as well as whether there is a reasonable likelihood of a conviction. At this point, our office has not received the case.”

    According to Aronberg the charges against Lewandowski were not brought by him but by the Jupitor Police Chief. That’s pretty weird as his police at the scene made no arrest and probably filed no report as this was a common incident which occurs numerous times in a crowd. If this is the case all Aronberg has to do is turn down the complaint to save himself,the Police Chief and the State of Florida further embarrassment. It would also save the State of Florida a lot of money and legal resources.
