Good morning,

We have a couple of different articles covering the topic of ballot counting. You can find 2022-specific information here. This article covers the difference between counting (canvassing), reporting, and certifying election results. This article lists the certification deadline for all states in 2022 (note: not all states have a certification deadline).

GOP had 217 seats called. It is leading in 4 more. Need only 218. Why some races are only 50% counted over a week after the election. Are they taking time to fabricate necessary ballots for a steal?
