As I predicted yesterday, Texas v US (Nielsen) was reassigned from Judge Rolando Olvera to Judge Andrew Hanen. I predict that Judge Hanen will issue an injunction and will stop DACA completely. I predict that the Supreme Court will uphold his decision. This will be the end to Obama’s DACA program
