Arpaio is asking for donations, as he claims to be targeted for fighting identity theft by illegals, while he is hiding identity theft by Obama and using the issue for fund raising while refusing to submit a criminal complaint against Obama to the District Attorney. Tell Arpaio: submit the criminal complaint against Obama to the District Attorney or refund the donations you and Mike Zullo raised on this issue

Amazingly Sheriff Arpaio sent today thousands of solicitations asking for money, stating that he is being targeted because he is arresting illegals for identity theft, however after 2 years and claims by him and president of Maricopa County cold case posse Mike Zullo that Barack Obama is using 100% forged IDs, they still did not submit a criminal complaint against Obama o the District Attorney or Attorney General or FBI. They continue using this issue for fundraising without submitting the complaint. See an excerpt from the letter:

“Yet, just weeks ago, leftist Judge Murray Snow issued his ruling, and prohibited sheriff’s deputies from “using race as a factor” in law-enforcement decisions related to immigration, and outrageously said the fact that most illegal aliens arrested for identty theft and other crimes are “Latino” proves racist intent. Worse – these groups say the case against Sheriff Joe will be used as a precedent to bar enforcement against illegal aliens nationwide.

Sheriff Joe says if this happens America will have a permanent, virtual amnesty for tens of millions of illegal aliens

So Joe has launched a vigorous appeal of the Judge’s ruling. And he needs your help to prevail!

I am asking you to tell Sheriff Joe Arpaio: “Sheriff Joe Arpaio, before asking for any more donations for your efforts in arresting illegal aliens for identity theft, do your job. You are a sheriff. You and your side-kick Mike Zullo and your distribution channels WND, Carl Gallops from PP Simmons ORYR  have been raising money and selling books for 2 years now stating that Barack Obama is using a 100% forged IDs. So, file a criminal complaint against Obama with the District Attorney   or refund all the donations you and Mike Zullo and your distributors  received”

    Thoreau’s moral philosophy found expression during the Nuremburg trials in which “following orders” was rejected as a defense. Indeed, military law requires disobedience to clearly illegal orders.

    A dark chapter in America’s World War II history would not have been written if the then United States Attorney General had resigned rather than participate in racist concentration camps imprisoning 120,000 Japanese American citizens and resident aliens.

    Civil disobedience to the Fugitive Slave Act and Jim Crow laws provoked the end of slavery and the modern civil rights revolution.

    I think it’s amazing that a sheriff can’t do his job, cause he’s a wussie!!! He talks out of both sides of his mouth, with asking for funds to do this or that, yet, he won’t do his job, by filing a complaint, against a REAL CRIMINAL!

    I’ve heard Mike Zullo say that they won’t file a complaint until after they’ve found more evidence. But why would they say they would do it in the first place if they weren’t ready?

    Why has Team Arpiao silenced the petition2congress? Liking Orly has nothing to do with the petition. WOW I just realized that!!!

    Yesterday I watched the one hour youtube video of Zullo at some conference. He made everyone turn off their video equipment and recorders after the hour was up… Because he was going to “REVEAL” new SHOCKING EVIDENCE!!! How conniving is this man? This guy is a CON-MAN period!!!

    why law enforcement officer will hide evidence instead of submitting it with a criminal complaint? Is it because he is trying to use this evidence as a bait, as an attraction for people to buy his upcoming book? The nation is going down the drain. If there is evidence, it should be used as part of a criminal complaint submitted to the District Attorney
