UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS Sonny Perdue (Cal. No. 31) Rod J. Rosenstein (Cal. No. 34) Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Monday, April 24, 2017, the Senate proceed to executive session for consideration of the nomination of Sonny Perdue, of Georgia, to be Secretary of Agriculture. Ordered further, That the time until 5:30 p.m. be equally divided in the usual form, and that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate vote on confirmation of the Perdue nomination with no intervening action or debate, and that if confirmed, the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s actions. Ordered further, That notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Rod J. Rosenstein, of Maryland, to be Deputy Attorney General occur following disposition of the Perdue nomination
