    This St. Louis County man demands the mask be worn outside while he’s walking around the grounds “Without!” the item himself!!

    This is “do as I say, but not as I do!”

    This is not good! Either wear the mask or not!

    But don’t come up with talk to the people, and then, walk around without the mask!
