I am a former Democrat (now Tea Party) due to Obama/minions and all of their frauds. Are they trying to say women who support our Constitutional Republic and WE THE PEOPLE are ditzy? As a former Hillary supporter we came early to the abuse, threats, corruptions and tyrannies of Obama-for reference they can view GiGi Gaston’s “We will not be Silenced”. They insult women of all parties and points of view. All women should keep speaking out and vote. Silly me I thought the Civil Rights Legislation was supposed to end this form of descrimination. Women of all parties as a voting block could end all of this corruption in November by electing people who opposed Obama and all his forces of evil. |

Would some other possible approaches be:
1. Sue Factchek and the two employees who verified the false document. That would mean they would have to verify their work in a court and any document brought would have to be backed up by the full document.
2. Do a freedom of information act on the Supreme Court, asking for all electronic and written records and any department actions relating to your lawsuits, from arrival to finalization.
3. Send a registered letter to Danny Bickell and to Judge Roberts and Judge Thomas, requiring signed receipt, asking for their steps involving the lawsuits, and what documents did they sign off on in the process of review. This would also obtain their original signatures, besides showing how they were each involved.
4. Sue the Democratic Party for breaking their own bylaws and running an unqualified ineligible candidate, knowingly as shown by the change in their forms signed by Pelosi at the convention for each state.
5. Request from Democratic Party and Republican Party the vetting process used in the last 4 major national elections and on what basis and criteria they choose and eliminate their candidates.
6. Request from the State of Illinois, or take them to court, asking for all employment records for Senator Obama. As a state employee, they would have state requirements for records and these records are public records that must be released.
Just a few other avenues…besides a knock-down drag-out debate with either you or Alan Keyes. The more I think about it, your professional behavior no matter how clever and crooked the “enemy” might actually shed light on who you really are, as opposed to who they try to make you. As long as you can control what is broadcast or published, all legal rights, etc. Otherwise they will take cuts and mock you. If you copyright, then you can take the networks to court.
This is all so ridiculous…thanks for standing up to the thugs.

As another route, could the CA Republican party nominate you as an elector to the electoral colleg? Is that not another firewall that failed last elections? I think I read that Illinois electors were told by a lawyer they were safe and could not be sued, if they did not question Obama. People were asking them across the country to do their job.
If we could get electoral college members across the country to question records, that would put a stop to a lot of this crooked election activity also.

It is a good idea, you may want to talk to CA GOP. We’ll see who gets elected in August. Let’s hope it’s Tom del Baccaro. Maybe, I should buy a condo in OK or AZ and establish residence there

CH,
Good suggestions, except for #2. FOIA only applies to the Executive branch agencies.
