Big day for Trump judicial appointees and Mitch McConnell between this Rao opinion and Senate vote coming up in the next hour for Cory Wilson to a lifetime slot on the 5th Circuit, which will be the president’s 200th federal judicial appointee to get confirmed.

    Now Judge Sullivan should resign and step down from the bench. He’s proven to be highly biased and partisan. But it won’t happen.
