    Nope, you’d have to win more than one. If you somehow won one state ballot challenge, that would not keep him from receiving those delegates nor the nomination.

    That said, you would also then have to win the same challenge at “perhaps” depending on the state, the state court review level, maybe 2 of those, then SCOTUS.

    One “win” of a ballot challenge does not move anyone from the White House to the Big House.

    we’ll have to wait and see, will we?
    Nixon won all the states and barely avoided the big house. Over 30 members of his administration ended in the Big house.
    Believe me, I keep my list going, and I assure you, it exceeded 30. Long time ago 🙂

    Would Biden be pushed through the door of the Big House, along with Obama? Or, would he have pardoning rights? I just hate the thought that Biden would have pardoning rights… I’m just sayin’

    The point is, I’m not saying it may never happen. None of us has a crystal ball (well, at least don’t. You may). But it’ll never happen with what you have to present.

    I can only send you $10.00 for your plane
    fare, etc. but will send you more for your
    election bid. I send money as I can afford it.
    I am retired living on a fixed income but I am proud to sent you what I can. This issue is just
    too important and I can do without a few items
    to “git’er done ” as us FL crackers would say.
    The usurper is in Orlando now attending a $30,000
    fundraising dinner. A lot of NBA players ,past and present, are there, including Magic Johnson.
