What’s next?

Judge Carter’s shameless 180 degrees turn from his assurances at July 13 and September 8 hearings that his court has jurisdiction is not the end, it is only a temporary impediment and fighting it is only one of the first steps in reclaiming America and cleaning up all of this massive corruption and treason. Here are some of the steps I will be taking shortly:
1. On Monday 2 Appellate briefs are going to the 11th circuit court of appeals in GA on 2 cases I handled there
2. Notice of appeal in Carter case will be sent within 1 week.
3. There will be an action in DC
4. there will be a massive campaign under FOIA
5. there will be demonstrations and protests
6. there will be actions in International Courts to expose the violation of Human rights by Obama regime, the tyranny of the Communist Kenyan usurper Barack Hussein Obama and ones who are aiding and abetting him. I retained Mr. Jon Levy, who is licensed in a number of courts, including CA, DC, Great Britain and criminal court of Justice in Hague.

Great thanks to Mr. Frank Mannarino who helped in processing some 230,000 e-mails to get the e-mail addresses, which together with nearly 30,000 addresses of media outlets will make outreach possible. We didn’t process all the e-mails. I still have over 80,000. . We should be able to provide reliable mass press releases in the near future.

Dr. Orly, we’re all praying for you. We know you’re in a tight spot, now that Judge Carter’s treachery has seemingly ended the case. Butt don’t give up hope just because his spine has turned to jelly. Perhaps this week would be a good time to push a motion to recuse into his chambers.

Like many people I was very disappointed in Judge Carter’s decision. Apparently, he doesn’t want to create waves and is willing to allow the United States to suffer so long as he doesn’t have to do the same. Perhaps the most troubling thing about this matter is realizing that if the powers that be will allow a fake, fraud, usurper, and impostor to play at being President then what else are they willing to allow? I say this thinking of the upcoming Copenhagen meeting and all that it represents while bearing in mind the frantic give-aways to Eastcoast/Wall Street banks, healthcare legislation, and cap-and-trade. What you are doing exemplifies the best of American traditions. What a shame that you must struggle against the worst. I continue to wish you success because if you don’t succeed then our fate as a nation grows awfully dark and menacing.

Dr Orly Taitz I am amazed with all that you have done so far , I pray for you and this very just cause ,I am confident that with in time You/We will prevail and when that time does come , You will be a very strong Woman in reclaiming America , Perhaps you will be on the U.S. Supreme Court , after all , you have showed a strong support for the U.S.A. and all that it stands for , Constitution ( unfortunately it appears many Americans do not understand what it means & stands for ) I pray in the name of ” Christ Jesus ” that ” GOD ” may bless you richly , Amen !!

An interesting commentary by Joseph Farah of WND and the Where’s the Birth Certificate Campaign, in which he states that those who incorrectly depict the effort to clarify the Constitutional qualifications of POTUS, such as Bill O’Reilly, are being proven wrong that “eligibility” is “fringe.”
