Open Letter to Leo Donofrio (in response to RIGHT SIDE OF LIFE
article)
Leo,
I am fully cognizant that we are on the same side and that our goal is
the same; uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. In
keeping with that please accept my comments in the spirit of brotherhood
in which they are intended. You made the statement “I say there is no
Justice outside of the Constitution and that if you sink to that level
of thought the true enemies of the Constitution will have defeated you
and it forevermore”. I agree wholeheartedly with the statement
regarding relevance of Justice to the Constitution however, I strongly
disagree with your reference to the Citizens Grand Jury. You go on to
say: “But the people have not even come close to doing everything in
their power to see that the Constitution is protected. The
Constitutionally proper way to challenge POTUS eligibility is via the DC
Code quo warranto statute”. To this latter statement I reply:
While I appreciate your efforts you miss a MAJOR point. Those
individuals such as the US Attorneys, Congressman, Officers of the Court
etc. that have not taken timely action to ensure our Constitution is not
being abused, ignored or dismantled are under oath to defend it. It is
nothing short of a travesty that those with the power to investigate the
Constitutional qualifications of Barak Hussein Obama to hold the office
of President must be forced or even asked to do what they are required
by their oath of office to do. I am sorry Leo, but what you are
espousing as a reasonable course of action is by analogy like calling
for 1 million letters to be sent to every single American Soldier
demanding they uphold their oath of office to defend the Constitution.
This is absurd! We do this without asking. Our leadership is under oath
just as certainly as I am. Make no mistake, if I fail in my duty or my
oath of office which is to the Constitution there are severe
consequences that I will suffer.
So it is that I ask you. Should Congress, US Attorneys, Officers of the
Court etc be held to a LOWER standard than each and every military
member? Should we acquiesce to their dereliction or hold them
accountable? What are the consequences for them should they fail? My own
Senator Mark Warner from Virginia has turned a blind eye to this and
after 17 years in the service of my country absolutely turned his back
on me. Should those like him who send our young troops off to die in
defense of the Constitution be given a pass on their allegiance to the
Constitution and our Country? Should the American People have to send
“a million letters” to get a US Attorney to do what they are
sworn to do? If indeed they are derelict in their duty or worse aiding
and abetting treason at what point does the POWER vested in them return
to the PEOPLE? How do we know when that point has been reached? If we
remain uncertain if they are derelict or not because of their failure to
investigate the questions surrounding Barak Obama and his refusal to be
forthcoming must we remain uncertain forever? Should we have to wait
until much damage is done to vote them out ? This again is absurd!! We
are not asking them do die for our Country just see that our
Constitution is being followed. Why have they not done so already and
what does this tell us about their motivations and allegiance?
This discourse is not to say we should discontinue in our efforts to
resolve this by every means possible using the methods you suggest to
include writing letters in mass and calling them. This is to question by
what reason you assert the people have not even come close to doing
everything in our power via the Courts, pleading with Congress etc etc?
The truth is we should NOT even be burdened by this!! So how is it that
you claim we have not done nearly enough through the courts? This is not
to say that the ultimate responsibility to uphold the Constitution does
not rest with We the People, because it does.
I hope that our leaders wake up and listen! I have already warned them,
while it has been my prayer that the defense of the Constitution should
not come to the citizenry and the ends of means allocated to them by the
Constitution; I see it is already happening. The very fact that we are
now seeing the formation of Citizens Grand Juries and TEA parties is
saying we are farther along that road than we should ever have to be. Is
the leadership really that blind or do they feel so empowered they may
ignore their responsibility to the Constitution without consequence?
With each tic of the clock the questions mount and beg to be answered
but are only greeted with deafening silence or worse scoffing, arrogant
public officials. The top on this kettle is going to blow and I would
not want to be in the kitchen when it does but no matter, there will be
no escape for most of us. Ignore the Constitution and we become a Nation
without law. Based on my observations, without a change in course, we
are headed for social chaos.
I know in most all things there is ALWAYS a point of no return; a
marriage that fails, a war that is lost or a treaty broken. Just as
certain there is surely a point of no return where the cost to restore
our Country to the vision of our Founding Fathers will be at great human
suffering and sacrifice. To think that we should lose her is not
something I am ready to accept but I can not deny that possibility.
It is not the Citizens of the Grand Juries who have sank to a lower
level of thought but our Government. God help us and God forgive them if
THEY HAVE sank to the point where they believe the Constitution is not
worthy of defense and in doing so placed us all in peril. I still have
hope in my heart that this great land will survive; my question now is
at what cost and who among them are willing to be the first, if any, to
rise to her defense when it is still not clear that they should profit
themselves by it.

I have read the above comments and letters .
It is my insit to the way that you are handleing this approch in attacking Obamas illegel possion of this office. that it is correct way by surrounding him with all angles of a sawley.
The same way a army attackes a hill top, from every direction. THis is a hell of a defence that he having to but up . and Obop is going to be worren down by this stratage.

I agree with Lt. Col Earl-Graef. The American people should not have to go to their government like beggars regarding a $10.00 birth certificate. Due to the numerous forgeries presented as “evidence”-nothing-addressed in any way by the people elected and paid by the tax paying public- nothing. Patriotic words fly out of their mouths when they are trying to get elected but look at their deeds-more nothing. I don’t think oaths mean much to them either, obviously their words are not their bond. The American people are showing more loyalty to the Constititution by merely asking questions than those who took oaths and deign not to even ask a simple question and/or look the other way. No wonder people see plots and conspiracies everywhere. That in itself is frightening. I am a Democrat who could not in good conscience vote for Obama due to these issues. Sometimes I wonder if the Republicans (who are also doing nothing) are just sitting and allowing the Democrats to bury themselves. I remember Democrats screaming bloody murder re: Nixon and his problems with the Constitution. I wish they would return the favor. Why aren’t they screaming? they should. We are quickly heading to the tipping point-no one will believe anything out of either party or any branch of the so called government. Where is George Washington when we really need him? This is getting so out of control, quite possibly our military will have to step in. Not a happy choice but I remember George Washington was a General. I have to look up what he said when his soldiers got tired of starving and tried to overthrow the new government. It was a very moving speech and he sent them away very ashamed of themselves.

There is many of us that feel the same way. We are not Democrats, Republicans, Independents or any political party we are Americans that are fed up with the abuse of power being displayed by those who self serve and not serve the people as they should be.
There is a great rising of Americans like us. We gathered in city squares in front of seats of government and the numbers grow. We are fed up with the abuses. We are fed up with seeing our great nation dismantled and sovereignty dispelled. We are mostly alarmed that the great constitution of which you and I sir, took oath to defend even with our very lives.
I personally take my oath seriously as most of us do the have served in the armed forces. I care not for protecting sitting usurper of which I believe strongly Obama is but believe strongly those who serve have a duty to remove this domestic enemy of the constitution. I defend not congress or a politician in any party. I offer my life to defend what truly made America great and no money or offer of position will change my mind. That is America sir.

I agree with the Lt Col’s point. I keep wondering and wondering why all of those already in office, who have sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution and the United States of America are silent.
Why?
Only a couple of possible answers.
1. We thought they cared and we are learning that they don’t.
2. They are stupid and don’t know how to do their jobs.
3. They have been intimidated (which raises another question: who intimidated them?)

There is a web site that is represented by LEO’s, Military & others taking an oath to preserve the Constitution. More service people are reaffirming that oath. It is well worth checking it out. As well as taking an oath to protect the Constitution & its principles, it also states ten orders against the Constitution they will not follow. I have LEO friends that have taken that oath. As a Firefighter & Public Servant, I will also take it.

Yes, I went to the Los Angeles chapter of Oath Keepers today and I took an oath with them. We need each and every member of the US military and law enforcement taking such oath, however what do we do with the foreign troops, that are here under the UN banner? We need to reach to them and we need to make it clear to them that if they ever round up Americans, they will be subject to the American Nurenberg trials and so wiil be the ones giving orders to them.
