    So if a conservative is fired for mocking the death of a liberal, that will be OK? My money is on conservatives screaming free speech.

    private companies have a right to fire anyone who gives a bad name, bad image to the company. People who mock assassination of Kirk or anyone else for that matter, are giving a bad name to these businesses
