Obama Judge Says to Hell with the Supreme Court, Orders Trump DOJ to Turn Over Docs Related to Decision to Revoke ‘Protected Status’ for Hundreds of Thousands of Migrants

Where are the so called Republicans in Congress? Where is Chip Roy, Clay Higgins, Nancy Mace, and the whole list of smoke blowers? They like to blow smoke from an ember, but, no fire! Some of them are bold when is to stop a bill President Trump wants to sign, but, when is time to stop rogue, unlawful and unconstitutional judges they are no where to be found. From the Yale Law Journal: “Congress clearly can adopt measures to help the chambers impeach and convict. But Congress can go further and adopt statutes that remove judges upon proof of judicial misbehavior. Any such procedures would have to afford an accused judge the due process rights associated with conviction for a serious offense. But a procedure meeting those demanding requirements could culminate in removal—without the need for a wholly independent impeachment procedure.”

Do your jobs or you are going to be seen as only part of the problem. Many of them liked to talk about how the 2020 elections were stolen, yet, when they have the power to do something, only smoke comes out of their mouths!
