    Hmmm! So he means that when the artic storms hit our continent and come across from Canada they are looking specifically for black people to hit? So, Artic storms now are racist? How about solar storms 7 year cycles? Are they racist too? Kepp placing mentally ill people in charge and they will continue to destroy this country!
