    Really? Definitely OK to restrain him but to try and kill him? Because aside from whether that’s excessive, if someone thinks their life is at risk, and they are armed, they can stand their ground and fire. So if he shot his attackers he couldn’t be prosecuted.

    they did not try to kill him, they tried to subdue him, which they did. For this reason there are no charges against them. In the future he and his buddies will think twice before robbing this store. That is what happens when idiot leftists like you run the cities, police does nothing and it is up to citizens to defend themselves and their property. Remember how Kamala Harris raised money for thugs who robbed people and looted and torched the stores? I bet you donated to free those thugs. Because of people like you, like Kamala Harris and other idiot leftists thugs continue roaming the streets and robbing people and looting the stores.
