Michael Every politician who votes to raise the National Debt in direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution and the Coinage Act of 1792 is openly guilty of dereliction of duty and deserves to be removed from public office.

No State shall make anything but “gold or silver coin” a legal tender. So when was the Constitution Amended to allow 31 TRILLION FRAUDULENT DEBT NOTES to replace the Lawful Constitutional Dollar?

Looks like they never did Amend it.

    It says “no State”. That does not apply to the federal government.

    Yep, how about that part of the constitution that says the Federal Government has limited powers and authority? How inconvenient that little piece of paper is!
