    Is this corrupt trying to re-write the constitution. When did congress declare war? After they got caught stealing an election and spitting in the face of the majority of U.S. voters now he wants us to fall in line and support their corruption? Steny Hoyer, you can go to hell!

    This type of a crux and the system of a seemingly over run a filled out of a complex system…And we now have a weapon to mold our system to win every time, we go to war…!~~~
