    Cruz is a liar. She didn’t cut sentences. In some cases she imposed less than the maximum in the guidelines, based on the circumstances of the case and the defendant. If the guidelines are wrong, they should be changed. Otherwise this is what judges do, including many conservative judges who agreed with her sentencing decisions. Cheap points by a very cheap and increasingly pathetic little man.
