    In that sense, Canada – like Britain – always has been a dictatorship. However, there must be elections every four years, the governing party can be removed if it loses a confidence vote, and the party can remove its leader. And I don’t recall GP complaining when the Conservative Prime Minister did these same things. Trudeau leads a minority government. The other parties can vote him out at any time.
