    This is a very interesting NY Supreme Court decision. Here’s why: The FBI raided Project Veritas’ property and gathered much information from the confiscated devices and cell phones.

    That information is then copied and stored by the FBI, which is then leaked to the NY Times who published some of it in an attempt to slander the investigative outlet’s journalistic practices.

    Now the court ruled against the NY Times, saying it was illegally obtained, therefore, “The Times must now provide Project Veritas with copies of everything that was ‘Irregularly and Improperly’ gathered, and then destroy all records in question.”

    My question? What about the FBI? They now have all the illegally obtained information they sought after. Don’t they have to destroy all records in question too? For what reason did the FBI raid Project Veritas in the first place? In my opinion, other than to gather information for another witch hunt.

    Good luck with that one! Just symbolic, don’t believe for a second the NYT is going to abide by that ruling.
