Captain Totally agree.

The new qualification to enter the UC system will be based on how much they hate the USA and the Constitution.

Instead of removing academic entrance scores, they could have provided grants to low income person to receive ACT and SAT prep courses for free. I think they offer prep already for free.
University of California to drop SAT and ACT as admission requirements. So now kids will be accepted based on politics and connections and not based on their achievement.

    University of Kalifornia, no SAT, no ACT, no need to know how to write and read. Only qualification, must be a mindless idiot so we can brain wash you!
