Sovereeign Soul 2 approved

I have not yet learned about any OFFICIAL filings BY Sheriff Arpaio with the Arizona Attorney General or his local District Attorney.  Until, and unless, he does that, it is my understanding that the findings of his posse remains as “opinion” and have no legal authority.  Is this correct?

If it is, I ponder the idea that, in exchange for the dropping of the investigation against him, a quid-pro-quo might be found. IF he continues to procrastinate in filing official charges we’ll know the answer to this.

    I have made several guesses about what Arpaio would do over the last year, and have somehow come pretty close. I still feel that Arpaio and Zullo want to bring Obama down on their terms, and are biding their time for the perfect opportunity to strike. It feels frustrating to have to ask why they are not pursuing the matter further, but something tells me they have a devastating plan in the works.
