Is Obama administration rushing to bomb Syria in order to deflect attention from their de facto stealing of estimated 300 billion from retirement and disability funds of Federal employees, of NSA, IRS, FEC, DOJ scandals and of impending revelation in courts of Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs?

Today GOP ranking member of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Senator Bob Corker sounded doubts about legitimacy of the impending U.S. strike on Syria. Corker is demanding from Obama administration to reconvene the US Congress and provide the Congress and American people with the intel showing that the chemical weapons were indeed used by the Assad regime and not by the Al Qaeda rebels.
UN Chemical weapons inspector Carla de Ponti previously issued results of her investigation showing that the chemical weapons were used by the Al Qaeda rebels, not the government of Syria.
More and more members of the U.S. Congress are demanding that Obama regime reconvene the U.S. Congress and get congressional approval before launching yet another war, particularly knowing that our intervention will put in power foreign al Qaeda fighters, the same fighters we are facing in Afghanistan and Iraq where US soldiers are losing their lives and limbs; the same al Qaeda fighters who slaughtered 3,000 Americans in 9/11 and murdered the U.S. ambassador in Benghazi.
Al Qaeda and Obama regime turned into a Golem. A story from a few centuries ago tells us that in old Prague people built a Golem,a protector, only to see this Golem turn on them. Al Qaeda is largely a U.S. creation. U.S. used Al Qaeda and Taliban to fight the Soviet invasion in Afghanistan. It played its role, Soviet Union fell apart, Soviet invasion in Afghanistan was aborted, however CIA and U.S. in general remained with this army of radical Muslim mercenaries with no skills but to kill and maim. Al Qaeda turned into a Golem.
Reuters published an interesting article (see below) suggesting that this new invasion in Syria will lower the temperature in budget battles. Recent FOIA requests for information sent to the Department of Treasury by the author of this article, seek exact numbers on funds taken by the Obama administration from Federal Employees’ disability and retirement fund. According to reports by the U.S. Treasury the U.S. government has embarked on such unprecedented lavish spending that it hit the new borrowing ceiling in May of 2013. ( see documents below). In order to cover up this lavish spending the U.S. government simply took the money from the stand alone retirement and disability fund of federal employees. Only in the months of July the deficit was 97 billion. From May 17 until October 11, when Secretary Lew wants a new debt ceiling to be approved by Congress, the total taking from the retirement fund might reach 500 billion, this is half of a trillion dollars of stealing from federal employees, among them members of the US military, FBI, CIA, DEA and others who fought for this country, gave their lives or lost limbs, got paralyzed and really dependent on those funds. U.S. government claims that this is done as an extraordinary measures. So, while the government is de facto stealing half a trillion from federal workers claiming it to bean extraordinary measure, it seeks to fund multiple new programs, which will cost trillions more, among them Obamacare, which will cost estimated 11.7 trillion and immigration bill, which is estimated to cost billions in social services for estimated 11-42 million of newly legalized illegals. By starting a new war, which is supported by only 9% of the population, Obama regime will deflect attention from totally bankrupt fiscal policies of Obama regime. The irony is that the retirement accounts that are being raided, are the accounts of all the federal judges who have been supporting the Obama regime and have covered up all of the constitutional violations committed by the Obama regime.
Further revelations of spying by the NSA, retaliations against the opposition and dissidents which is done through the IRS, FEC, DOJ, DHS, EPA and others have both the Democrats and Republicans up in arms.
Lastly 8 federal and State courts are about to render decisions in cases brought by Attorney Orly Taitz, where she provided the courts with evidence showing that Barack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Soebarkah, still citizen of Indonesia, has used a stolen Social Security number 042-68-4425 and fabricated IDs. Such decisions by several courts are sure to not only remove Obama and a number of his associates from the positions of power, but also to send them to prison in an action resembling the Watergate scandal. So Obama regime is rushing to start yet another war to deflect from all of the domestic scandals and tribulations. Taitz is currently seeking more information from Edward Snowden to ascertain further possible motivations for such actions by the regime.
It is time for the American people to pause, ascertain who is using chemical weapons, let the league of Arab nations settle their internal conflicts, let the U.S. inspectors ascertain who used those chemical weapons and let the international tribunal in Haague prosecute ones who used such weapons. the tribunal in Haague was established specifically to prevent such indiscriminate bombing as U.S. is preparing to launch now. U.S. should not rush into indiscriminate bombing of yet another sovereign nation. U.S. Congress should address the de facto bankruptcy of the U.S. government. since we are now in extraordinary mode and the U.S. government is taking an estimated half a trillion from federal employees. U.S. Congress should suspend funding of any new programs, including Obamacare and Immingration bill.

Orly asks serious questions. Here is one answer that fits the statements coming from leaders who want to attack Syria now. I have no idea if it is true but it is plausible.
“Sources inside the Washington Beltway report that President Obama relied solely on signals intelligence (SIGINT) provided by Israel’s version of the U.S. National Security Agency, Unit 8200, to conclude that Syria’s government ordered the August 21 chemical attack on the Damascus suburb of Ghouta.
Unit 8200 claimed it had intercepted a communication from a Syrian army unit operating near Ghouta on August 21. The Israelis concluded from the intercept that Syria’s army carried out the chemical attack on Ghouta, although there has been no independent confirmation from Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) or the UN weapons inspection team as to who carried out the attack and even what type of chenical weapons were used.
Obama claims that his pursuit of NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden is intended to safeguard NSA’s most closely-guarded secrets that are used to combat terrorism. However, Obama, in his decision to accept the Israeli SIGINT as prima facie evidence of a Syrian chemical attack on civilians, has bypassed NSA’s own SIGINT product, which is flowing into the joint NSA/British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) interception facility in Cyprus, to push the notion that Syrian President Bashar al Assad carried out the attack. NSA’s and GCHQ’s intelligence do not conclusively prove Syrian government involvement.
The Unit 8200 intelligence was exclusively passed by the Israelis to the Obama administration, British Prime Minister David Cameron, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government. WMR has also learned that Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, were opposed to taking military action against Syria based only on Israeli SIGINT. However, after Obama made his decision after deferring to National Security Adviser Susan Rice, UN ambassador Samantha Power, and political adviser Valerie Jarrett, both Hagel and Dempsey began plans on August 23 to carry out a unilateral military strike on Syria without the invocation of the War Powers Act or with the authorization of the UN Security Council.
Secretary of State John Kerry told Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that U.S. forces would not target any Russian interests in Syria and that Russia tacitly agreed not to escalate the situation following a U.S. strike on Syrian targets.

When one joins the military, in this country, one swears to defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
It is time that congress read THE CONSTITUTION.
If they did,they would know there are three branches of government.
The president is the chief law enforcer. He cannot pass ANY law.
Neither can he decide to not enforce any law or any part passed by congress.
It appears to me that the military in Egypt swore to the same thing. However it seems they took it seriously.
Mossi tried to do away with their constitution and the army stepped in.
If our military takes their oath seriously, HOW LONG before here?

Yes, I definitely know that Obama is a genuine HOAX.
Carla de Ponti’s statements are ambiguous and inconclusive, at best. Moreover, they refer to much earlier incidents, not the recent one that crossed the “red line”. I am not aware of any “report” as such. Here is the interview she gave on this (May 2013):

Use some of our expiring military ordinance to stop whoever is using chemical weapons.
The Patriot Act should be repealed. The NSA should be defunded and everyone laid off.
Now we have funding for the Affordable Care Act.

Suspect that this has nothing to do with chemical weapons or protecting innocent syrians (from the rebells/islamists), but all to do with triggering an aggressive response towards Israel in retaliation for coming US bombings and invervention i.e to destroy the “little satan”!
What would have been planned different regarding Syria and USA for that matter, if lets say OBL was POTUS….hmmm the chilling answer is most likely NOTHING!

It is all coming to a showdown when the CONGRESS debate and vote. Many know OBAMA is a fraud. It is now the proper venue to bring it out.
OBAMA knew if he ordered a strike without CONGRESSIONAL approval he would be IMPEACHED at once.
If he orders it even tho’ congress votes NO, then his HOUSE OF CARDS WILL FALL.
Congress will be hard to convince this time.
