There may be something in this video that can be of some help. I’m not sure if it can be of any help or not. There’s a lot of background noise in the video.

Listen to the 2nd Coast Guardsman. It sounds like he said that there was a lot of misinformation, and also that they didn’t even know if the passenger manifest was accurate….whether they had 8 people on board or 9.

    This sentence should read: …(second speaker ends)
