Item 7 seems to be missing from the docket.

What could possibly be a legitimate reason for the delay? Any idea that I am not coming up with? This is a deal that could have been decided on 1 minute after reviewing the matter. Literally!!

I have been a life long democrat and still remain proud to have a progressive ideology. At one time, and not too long ago, I thought Ms Taitz agenda insane. I have come to a belief she might have had it right, although I doubt the real power, which would have backed either candidate, will allow the legal issues to be truly investigated. I am leaving the party and will register an Independent soon. In fact I think we should all stop associating with either of these parties. No one, who is President of the United States, wields power as we might think they would. There are powers, the people who have the real money, who make the decisions and quite possibly this man Obama was bought and sold prior to the day he walked into the West Wing. It is obvious by the company he keeps.

    Dr. Taitz

I recently went to a museum and learned about how the State Department prevented the immigration of Jews during the Holocaust just by using stalling tactics. There were quotas for Jews fleeing the Holocaust and the State Dept. managed to meet only 7% of those quotas just by staling. And I think that is what is happening here. The legal system is well aware of the legality of your argument and stalling seems to be one of the methods to avoid being accountable for their actions.

Can you please post the SSA’s motion that you responded to? Also, doesn’t the SSA get to file a reply to your motion?

it was not posted on the docket by the court and it is my understanding that SSA does not want it made public, at least this is my understanding from talking to the investigators

If he and Holder have nothing to hide then what difference does it make if it’s made public? Remember, we are just all conspiracy kooks anyway so what is it Soebarkah could be scared of? Come on out of hiding you cowardly racist Commie!!
