This is extremely important. Yesterday during the birthday party for Congressman Rohrbacher, his guest, Chairman of the House Oversight committee, Congressman Darrell Issa stated that Obama appointee Judge Amy Berman Jackson is simply sitting on the case and not rendering her decision in relation to subpoena issued by Darrell Issa for Attorney General Holder to appear and produce documents needed to investigate Fast and Furious. (the only person, who has a subpoena power in Congress, is the Chair of the Oversight Committee). The case was filed nearly a year ago, in August 2012. All Judge Berman-Jackson had to do, was rule on validity of one subpoena. After she set on it for some 7 months, she sent it to mediation with guest Judge, Barbara Rothstein, even though Darrell Issa advised her that the parties are far, far apart, they are not just not on the same page, they are not in the same book. As expected this mediation ended with no results some time in April.
Following request is coming from me personally, not from Chairman Issa
The judge, who is presiding over my case on Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, is Judge Lamberth, he is the Chief Judge for the District of Columbia. As a Chief Judge he has a power to expedite cases of National importance. Fast and Furious is extremely important. We have an operation, where some 2,0000 assault weapons were sent by the U.S. government to drug cartels in Mexico. Those drug cartels destabilized our Southern border, flooded the nation with drugs and with illegal aliens. While the government claims that we have only 11 mil illegal aliens, in reality we have 42 mil. Now all of them will get amnesty and the whole country will be going down the drain. We need to find out, who gave the orders in Fat and Furious. This operation served the goals of a number of political groups:
a. international drug cartels
b. radical Muslim organizations seeking to destabilize the U.S.
c. New World Order, Bilderberg, Davos groups seeking to destabilize U.S. in their quest towards One World /One Bank order.
It was reported that Judge Lamberth will be the Chief Judge for 2 more weeks, afterwards he goes into senior status, semi-retired. After he retires an Obama appointee might take over, so it is important for the public to call the court. You are not asking the judge to rule in a certain way, you are not influencing the decision, you are asking to expedite two cases of national importance:
Taitz v Astrue 11-402 dealing with Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number
and Committee for Oversight and Government Reform, United States House of Representatives v Eric Holder, Jr 12-1332, urging the DC court to rule asap on the Holder subpoena.

The second Large paragraph,that begins with “The judge pesiding…” next to the last line of that paragraph: There is a sentence that says “fat and furious,” and unless you are talking about Janet Napolitano, you may have meant ‘fast and furious.’

It’s obvious who gave the order to ship the weapons down to Mexico. Several courageous whistleblowers know that it was Hussein. He thought he could get away with it but it blew up in his face and his racist buddy Comrade Holder has been pulling cover by withholding the documents Issa knows will convict him. Just like the IRS hit jobs, it is always a directive straight from Soebarkah!

As stated, the case with Lamberth is dicey and
mostly rigged against you. His retirement,
as noted, is a blessing for all of us. Justice
delayed, is justice denied. On to the next, etc.

Orly, you said earlier that you spoke with Mr. Issa. I would only assume that he knows of all the fraud then, and he still has not gone to the press regarding these issues, nor has he submitted any criminal charges against Mr. Sorotoro, so I have to assume he also is in on the gig. He does not care if his subpoena is acted upon because ALL OF CONGRESS is one big political game, and the judges are part of the play. You will never get justice with man. “Cursed is the man who trusts in man”. (Jer 17:5)

Jackson Jr. pleaded guilty to misusing about $750,000 in campaign cash. Sandi Jackson, a former Chicago alderman, pleaded guilty to failing to report about $600,000 on income tax returns over several years.
The postponement was announced after a telephone conference call between the judge and the Jacksons, the court said.

Well instead of working 30 cases in front of Judges who are controlled or partial, it might be more productive to have one in front of a proper Judge, if such exists.
