I listened to the radio. In San Diego the members of OWS tried to arrest the mayor of San Diego for public corruption. What do you think, will it translate to occupy courts? will people be trying to arrest corrupt judges, like Clay D. Land, David O Carter, Michael Malihi?

I was thinking, what did it take to turn Malihi around? Or was it a setup from day one to create an illusion that finally something was heard on the merits. Luckily I was able to get all the evidence on record and on DVD.

The law in GA clearly states, that the candidate needs to prove his eligibility. Obama did not show up and did not provide anything, did not provide any prove of his eligibility. How corrupt and dirty a judge can be, how much did it cost for this judge to rule in favor of the candidate without any papers? Even if I were to present zero witnesses, still he had to give me the ruling, as the law and precedents clearly state,that the candidate needs to provide the proof and BO provided nothing. I am wondering, what will it take and how long will it take to end this corruption? At this point I don’t believe any decent human being can enter  a courtroom in this country and not feel like throwing up.

    Orly this judge was an Obama stooge from the git go. When complainants took the matter into chambers the judge was forced to come up with some kind of side step and by some means found out that by his words an Indiana court opinion would satisfy his intentions. What was behind his intentions we’ll probably never know. It is possible threats, money or even both were involved. I’ll throw into the mix that if reports that the judge had Iranian heritage that this could also be a piece of such an enigmatic reasoning. I believe there is so much more internationally to this matter that most people have no idea of the depth of it or of the consequences to our Founder’s and our Constitution. I sincerely hope that you stay strong and free from the dangers that lurk from your opponrents.

    I am beginning to believe we may never know who may be behind these Judicial decisions, not to mention the direction of the country itself.

    It just seems that no matter what, Democrat or Republican, we just keep going down hill.

    I do not believe there is any stupidity involved here, I believe there is a purpose to what is going on, and it is so systemic it will be extremely difficult to correct.

    They, whoever THEY are, are calling the shots, even to the point of issuing death threats, offer money or power to see their ends. When you add it all up there is something which has a terrible odor, almost to the point of terror, concerning, Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

    I am not normally a conspiracy kind of person, but everything which is going on can not be a coincidence, just too many questions.

    he is Iranian for sure. I have somewhere a printout of his background info. His parents names, last names, all Iranian
    god knows, what kind of a deal was done there

    I’d say it was a set-up from the beginning. The Judge was given the job to try to shut down not only the eligibility case in Georgia, but also to try to limit or even eliminate any chance of success in other states.

    The decision could have been written before the hearing, it was never going to go against Obama…no matter what.

    this judge belongs in prison in the best caes scenario, he should be sharing a cell with Obama
