What do you think about this letter? Do you think, we really have a system of justice, is it worth it to go to court, or is it up to people to rise against the government?

The Truth & William I understand and share your concern. However unlike yourselves I have no faith in the American Court System on this issue. More than enough opportunity has been availed upon the Courts to address this issue and they have chosen not to. We are not dealing with “Magic” here. There are no special words to be discovered and laid before some Court somewhere to cause the results we seek. The needed words have already been submitted and spoken several times with no resolution. William stated, “Only when the people have had enough of dictatorship, tyranny, up-rise and and with force – when all peaceful options fail – will there be correction of corruption from the federal government.” My point is that I believe Orly’s efforts to resolve this issue also affords complacency on the part of the American Public. As long as Orly and others continue to approach the Courts people will set back (perhaps as they should) and wait for the “Magic” to happen. I have no delusions about our Military leadership. Personally, I believe the answer will come when the American Public stop what they are doing and go to their State Capitals. We will regain what we have lost by reclaiming our State Governments and our State Sovereignty first. Obama is a temporary symptom of a much larger American Problem. We need to deal with the real problem, State by State and then as a Nation. response from Orly:
I will leave it up to people to decide for themselves. One thing, I was able to show with my legal actions: I was able to show the magnitude of corruption in the U.S. government, in courts. I have to say, that until this case I was naive, I believed that we actually have a system of justice. My believes are shaken by what I see in courts. When chief judge of the Third Circuit Theodor McKee swept under the rug clear evidence of obstruction of justice by a court employee, when a court reporter removed 14 pages of testimony and the judges did nothing. When chief judge of the DC court is receiving affidavits from 3 experts, saying that Obama is using a SSN from a state, where he never resided, and the judge completely ignores this evidence, sweeps everything under the rug and is saying that the public has no interest in knowing the truth, it shatters the belief of the public in that we have a system of justice, in that we have a legitimate government. People get angry, they switch off the TV, they get off the couch, they act. Some might go to town hall meetings and confront their corrupt elected and appointed officials. Some decided to bring their legal actions to fight elections fraud, some started their own media, their successful blog talk radio stations or their very successful Internet magazines, as Matt Drudge did, as Sharon Rondeau from “Post and E-mail did”. Some donated, which allowed me to continue my work. Some read my pleadings and decided to investigate on their own and provide me with more damning evidence, which I submit to court in further cases. This is a positive energy, which is multiplying. I witnessed such positive energy remove an oppressive regime in the Soviet Union. I am confident, that sooner or later this positive energy will remove this oppressive regime in the U.S.

I too am stunned by the legal systems “stonewalling” of the eligibility issue. You and others have raised the points needed and the very act of judges to flat out reject damning evidence, screams out loud that there is no justice available. I would wait and see what happens in November with the Dept of Health in HI,if nothing i consider that the last straw.

This is exactly the same thing I just said while commenting on another post here.
And I most certainly work to organize it, but not in circles you’d want linked to this blog, because those who stand against these criminals are already branded as racists. It’s a false charge, but it has actually stirred some to join the fight for justice.
If people who are branded racists are the only ones willing to step up and march, then so be it. To all the those who armchair quarterback, you only aid the enemy. Thanks for helping them put us all through suffering.

Don’t you dare stop doing what you’re doing and throw in the towel Orly,(or any one else for that matter, that follows and supports our cause)!
Without these court challenges, I guarantee the issue would have died long ago. There is nothing else to say.
You are 100% right to continue your cases and your fight. Never, ever give up!!!!

@ Craig.
No evidence has been rejected nor accepted in any of these cases as no discovery nor evidentiary hearings have been held in any of them.
Put another way, No case has yet reached the point of considering any evidence, therefore none has been rejected.

If he isn’t he’s doing a good imitation.
And why wouldn’t he be? He’s still alive, still a radical, still an unrepentant chip off the old Bill Ayers commie-gone-respectable block.
