was judge Roll the target? If yes, why? Did he work on any high profile cases?

I just realized the Judge Roll was a Federal Judge appointed by President Bush. A Federal Judge is killed and they are barely commenting about it.

    So far they are indicating via a note that was left that Giffords was definately h is target. He was a pothead in his earlier days but is being reported now as maybe mentally disturbed.
