Attorney Appeals to UN for Protection from Persecution in United States

 

Geneva:

 

Today the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights has confirmed that American attorney Dr. Orly Taitz has applied for urgent action under the mandate for human rights defenders.

 

Dr. Taitz, a well known Constitutional attorney, has been under increasing attack in the United States from groups and individuals opposed to her legal actions challenging the Constitutional qualifications of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of President of the United States.

 

The California attorney has been the victim of death threats, vandalism, false complaints, and a suspected assassination attempt.  Her reports to law enforcement and the judiciary have been ignored.

 

This office has been retained by Dr. Taitz to support her efforts for a UN investigation of her claims.

    Way to go, Orly! When those governmental agencies – FBI, etc. – refuse to conform to their chartered duties, then appealing to the U.N. for protection is indeed your best alternative. The depth of corruption within the Obama administration has convinced them nothing is beyond their quest for our constitution nor indeed the Americans who honor and respect it. “Americans are arrogant” and hence unworthy of protection, especially when they expose Obama’s unlawful record. Should you need a voucher, there are millions of us who will respond immediately.

    This is a good move, to seek protection.
    One day these groups will rue the day
    that they acted so irresponsibly
    and ignorantly regarding so serious
    a situation, a situation which
    would change their lives, too, if
    Obama is allowed to continue his
    destruction of this nation.

    My belief is that should you, Dr. Taitz,
    decide to resign from this task, or if
    you are so threatened that you feel
    it is detrimental to defend the
    people of America,

    the torch would be picked up by another
    attorney, (I see several have become
    convinced that there is ‘something
    rotten in the state of Denmark’)

    and someone else would continue this
    endeavor.

    Besides this, the people (Patriots)
    will never stand for being downtrodden
    by the corruption in D.C. and that
    includes Congress. I feel there would
    be a revolution that would make the
    French Revolution look like a picnic
    in the park. That is just the way
    Americans are:the good and caring ones,
    not these fools who threaten you and
    who are name-callers, like children
    in a school yard.

    You have many influential men and
    women supporting you. Their voices
    are being heard, and should you
    ever decide to leave this battle
    between good and evil, someone
    of those supporters would carry
    on the fight… and they would win.

    I wish I had read this sooner,
    at World Net Daily.

    There is a flag with stars falling
    from it, and the caption, “Don’t
    Tread on Me.”

    Chuck Norris (the actor and
    tea party advocate) wrote this:

    “But any warrior (cultural or otherwise) will tell you that if you’re going to slay the dragons, you have to adjust to a certain level of fear and intimidation,” Norris writes. “You have to find a certain level of comfort in staring down the impossible – in facing giants, often alone. There will be no victory without it.”

    What an absolutely brilliant tactic. Dr. Orly, you should be the general of the army!

    Can you post the letter to the UN so that we can read exactly what it is you are seeking?

    How is the California State bar proceeding going? Is this an attempt to do an end run on the bar, too?
